Ngala Game Lodge
Place of the Lion

Secluded within the 14 000 hectares of the Timbavati region of the Kruger
National Park where the savannah blurs into the Mopane woodlands, Ngala supports
a remarkable assemblage of wildlife - including large breeding herds of elephant
and an abundance of buffalo, white rhino, giraffe and antelope, while Africa's
great cats - leopard, cheetah and large prides of lion follow silently in their
tracks. The vast terrain enables the wide ranging and rare wild dogs to thrive,
whilst elusive nocturnal animals include the armadillo like pangolin and the
African wildcat.
After exhilarating game drives, Ngala will immerse you in the romance and
style of a bygone era. Antique furniture, precious rugs, silver placings and cut
glass grace the central living area as well as the 20 air conditioned bush
cottages and exquisite Safari Suite.
 Dining Courtyard
The finesse of the decor is matched by the fine cuisine and the skill of the
rangers and trackers who introduce you to the big game of Africa.

Two guided game drives and a bush walk each day
